Outlook is a trading company specialised in the short term European power markets. We are a very data driven company and pride ourselves on our market leading in-house software.

How many employees are at the company?

As of 2022, Outlook energy is approaching 30 employees with 5 based in Melbourne, Australia. Having consolidated our position as the UK’s leading short-term power trading company, we are anticipating rapid head-count growth in the coming years.

What is Outlook’s policy on remote working?

At Outlook we rely on a fast feedback system between our developers and traders which is facilitated by all being in the same office. That said, we are of course flexible when it comes to individual requests and circumstances.

Is Outlook involved in any CSR projects?

In addition to our rewilding projects, Outlook regularly makes contributions to educational institutions. Most recently Outlook donated £50,000 to a Southwest school’s appeal for a new Astro turf and are currently sponsoring a PhD studentship at the University of Bath.
